Working Process
Step One
Precision Drilling
We drill 12mm diameter holes at the skirting level of the walls with 1-foot spacing and 6-inch depth using rotary hammer drills.
Step Two
Surface Cleaning
All drilling powder and dust are cleaned thoroughly to ensure proper chemical penetration, surface hygiene, and durability.
Step Three
Chemical Injection
We inject approved termiticide into each hole using a hand sprayer, repeating the process thrice at 15-minute intervals for deep penetration.
Step Four
Chemical Chalk Insertion
After the final injection, a chemical chalk stick is inserted into each hole for extended protection, reactivity, and lasting effectiveness.
Step Five
Sealing the Holes
The treated holes are sealed using white cement to restore the neatness of the flooring and prevent re-entry of termites effectively and permanently.
Step Six
Client Safety & Maintenance Guidance
We guide clients on preventive measures like keeping wood dry and doing annual checks for lasting termite protection.
